The quick version

Program description

If you provide your mobile phone number on one of our forms (audit, contact, partnership inquiry, active-engagement signup) and explicitly opt in to receive text messages, Gulf Stream Automation, LLC ("Gulf Stream," "we") may send you SMS messages in three categories:

• Transactional — one-time confirmations of an action you took: audit kickoff, deliverable shipped, runbook update.
• Appointment — reminders, reschedules, and time-of-day prompts for calls and audits booked with us.
• Marketing — occasional updates about new capabilities, case studies, or events. Marketing SMS is a separate opt-in and is always optional.

Consent

By checking the SMS opt-in box on a Gulf Stream form, or by replying with a confirming keyword, you give Gulf Stream Automation your express written consent to send you SMS messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and we will not refuse to do business with you if you decline to opt in. We will not send SMS to any number that has not affirmatively opted in.

Messages may be sent using an automated dialing system. By opting in, you authorize that.

Message frequency

Typically 4–10 messages per month, though the exact number depends on your activity (an active engagement during onboarding gets more; a subscriber to event news gets fewer). We respect TCPA quiet hours and will not send marketing SMS before 8am or after 9pm in your local time zone.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The exact rate depends on your mobile plan and carrier. Gulf Stream does not charge you to receive our messages, but your carrier may.

Help

Reply HELP to any of our messages to receive an auto-reply with our support email. You can also reach us directly at hello@gulfstreamautomation.com.

The HELP auto-reply reads substantively: "Gulf Stream Automation support: email hello@gulfstreamautomation.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply."

Stop

Reply STOP at any time to any of our messages and you will be removed from the program immediately. You will receive a single confirmation that reads substantively: "You're unsubscribed from Gulf Stream Automation SMS and will receive no more messages. Reply START to re-subscribe." You can also email hello@gulfstreamautomation.com with "STOP SMS" in the subject line and we will remove you within one business day. STOP applies to the specific number you texted from; if you have multiple programs with us, send STOP from each enrolled number.

Carriers

Messages are delivered to your mobile device via Twilio, an A2P 10DLC–registered messaging provider. Supported US carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro, and most regional MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

The mobile number you provide is used only to deliver the messages described above and to operate the SMS program. We do not share, sell, or rent your number to third parties for their marketing. Mobile information — including phone numbers and opt-in status — is excluded from any sharing with affiliates or partners for marketing purposes. For the full picture, read our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number you provide. Our services are sold business-to-business; we do not knowingly enroll minors in any SMS program.

Changes

We may update this disclosure as the program or applicable rules change. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to current subscribers, by email, and by updating the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially expands the scope of messages you receive, we will request fresh consent.
